What does DOWNLOADS or AFFIRMATIONS in posts stand for?
Every word has it own vibration, every voice has it’s own frequency. So, everything that we speak radiates some specific energy.
The energy that we radiate through our words attracts the same energy in our life.
When you see these downloads/affirmations in posts you should:
Read each sentence loud and after each one say YES as confirmation.
Doing this you are allowing the energy behind that sentence to flow into you and to fulfill you.
To make even more of it try to feel that sentence in you, in your body.
Try to imagine how would it feel like to have that or to be that what is stated in those affirmations.
You do not need to do this numerous of times. If you can really feel each sentence, only one time is enough.
Universe has heard you!
You do not need to repeat, you just need to feel it for real!

Now, say it loud. Say it gently like this is the truth for you, like this is obvious. Be relaxed. Try to feel it.
- How does it feel to be in harmony with all life around you? Try to imagine what it looks like to be in harmony.
- What would you do if you are in harmony?
- Who would you be and how would you act if you are in harmony with all life?
- How does it smell?
- Are there any colors and sounds involved in that state of harmony?
- How does it feel in your body when you are in harmony with all life?
FEELING IS KNOWING
So, in this one sentence is all of that. Give yourself time and patience to really feel and use these downloads/ affirmations in this way. You will then really understand in your daily experience meaning of that sentence. The same energy will come into your life, and those things from affirmations will truly start to reveal themselves in your life. You will be changed.
